Federal Firearms License item Ordering Instructions for Lower receivers. Due to Lower receivers requiring a background check, ID, and ATF Paperwork, we have to transfer these items to a local FFL dealer who will then do the required steps for a legal transfer of a firearm.
If you are ordering a Stripped Lower receiver:
Check the FFL locator to find one near you, Call to ensure they can receive this item and ask about the transfer Fee
Please include the name of the FFL holder and address in the deliver to a different address section of your order.
